Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Sheffield based leading business, seeking an Interim HR & Recruitment Assistant to join their team for 3 months in the first instance, on a full-time basis.
As a HR & Recruitment Assistant, you will report into the Group HR Shared Services Manager and act as the first point for general HR enquiries and requests. As a key member of the People Team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities including:
1. Managing the HR inbox and escalating HR issues to the relevant team member
2. Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
3. Adding new starters to the HRIS
4. Advising employees on holiday entitlement
5. Coordinating interviews for managers and utilising the ATS
6. Supporting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
7. Assisting with job advert posting, CV sifting and managing vacancies

The ideal candidate will be immediately available or have a short notice period, have recent experience within Human Resources administration and ideally will be CIPD qualified or working towards this.
