External Multi Skilled Tradesman/Builder
Multi Skilled Tradesman required to work with Worcester based Housing Association.
My client requires an experienced multi-skilled tradesman to carry out external maintenance work on tenanted properties. Work will range from slabbing, fencing, brickwork repairs, and roofing repairs.
They can offer a long run of work and the chance to work with their highly reputable in-house maintenance team.
Start date: ASAP
Locations: Covering Worcester & Surrounding Areas
Hours: 8.00am - 4.30pm Mon - Fri
Pay rate: £18 - £20 per hour plus 0.45p per mile
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience (Slabbing, fencing, brickwork, and roofing repairs)
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Own van
4. Good customer service and communication skills
5. Must have own transport
