Due to growth and expansion, we are currently seeking to employ an additional office administrator. We are looking for reliable, experienced, confident persons who are very much team players but can work independently on a day-to-day basis. You will provide support to both senior staff and peers within the office environment, undertaking a range of administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Full training will be provided, but the tasks of the office will include, but are not limited to, making and taking calls, booking appointments, taking payments, and managing contract schedules. You will also be responsible for replying to email inquiries, chasing payments, booking meetings and training, managing and ordering stock in a timely manner, and liaising with peers and managers to ensure organization. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and will be able to work with little supervision once trained. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and possess a confident and professional phone manner.
You will be the main line of communication to our customers and will ensure the smooth running of our company’s office while contributing to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
* Take inbound calls from customers, book appointments, take payments, and fill staff diaries.
* Make outgoing calls for outstanding invoices.
* Create and update records and databases with the relevant data.
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
* Packing of products to send to distributors.
Hours
The position is full-time, with hours to suit business needs. These hours will be undertaken from Monday to Friday, with office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
