Account Manager - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: 9 am-5 pm
Hybrid: 2 days working from home
Duties:
1. Act as one of the main points of contact for the management team, reporting any updates to the correct department.
2. Manage the roster, ensuring all future absences and holidays are covered within good time, making sure all roles are always covered.
3. Carrying out routine client visits to get an understanding of how the client works and their requirements to enhance client relationships.
4. Work closely with the clients to arrange induction of new starters and manage the shadowing programme.
5. Ensure all notes and updates are recorded correctly on the company's internal system.
6. Assign new and existing staff in respect of their responsibilities.
7. Manage staff contracts and encourage extensions.
8. Liaise, coordinate and communicate with the staffing team by telephone and email.
9. Carry out interviews.
10. Participate in the out-of-hours call systems, dealing with emergencies out of hours and reporting to the senior team (rota basis).
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in managing clients/projects/people.
2. Process driven but able to think outside the box.
3. Have great attention to detail.
4. Able to problem solve.
