Responsibilities
* Advising clients on all aspects of immigration law, including visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, and human rights cases.
* Handling complex immigration matters, including family reunion, deportation, detention, and judicial reviews.
* Conducting legal research and staying updated with changes in immigration legislation and policies.
* Preparing and submitting visa applications, appeals, and other legal documents to relevant authorities.
* Representing clients at immigration tribunals, hearings, and court proceedings.
* Providing excellent client care and managing client expectations throughout the immigration process.
* Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
* Extensive experience in immigration law, including asylum and human rights matters.
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
* Up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding clients' rights.
