Due to continued growth, we have new opportunity to join the team as an onsite Digital Account Manager for an established multinational automotive brand. You will work closely with the agency, manufacturer and dealership network to ensure the smooth running of the dealer marketing function, building strong relationships with key clients.
You’ll need an understanding of Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Display, Paid Social, strong copywriting skills with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and client relations.
Our Digital Account Managers create, activate, and optimise best-practice campaigns for multiple clients across numerous locations.

This role offers hybrid remote working, with the requirement to travel to the client office in Essex, 1-2 times per week and travel to meet the dealer network across the UK when required.
The Day to Day
You’ll be managing multiple clients across the UK, all with differing marketing requirements, a mixture of PPC, Display and Paid Social campaigns.
1. Proactively take ownership of Paid digital advertising campaigns to generate awareness and new business leads.
2. Create and optimise campaigns; Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click, Display and Remarketing.
3. Write creative and effective ad copy which appeals to different audiences, being aware of relevant AI products to aid your campaign performance.
4. Provide regular analytical reports and insights to clients (vs expected and benchmark performance) using campaign tracking sheets.
5. Protect the client brand whilst delivering online campaigns with a tactical focus to achieve enquiry and sales targets.
6. Spend time in the field carrying out client meetings with the dealer network.
7. Lead face to face sessions, attend marketing events and support with training needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:

* Experience gained within a similar digital marketing/paid media role, agency or client-side, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* You’ll be an ideas person who can create and plan PPC, Display and Paid Social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* You’ll be client focussed and commercially minded, a great ambassador, adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships with the ability to develop strategies that fully reflect the client objectives.
* Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search and Display) Google Tag Manager, and Goals & Conversions.
* Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Advertising will be beneficial.
* Excellent copy and content writing skills.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, you’ll use insights to create your strategy and campaigns.
* A confident, clear communicator who can present and work with experienced senior stakeholders.
* Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills, with a sense of gravitas; you’ll inspire confidence.
* An understanding of the automotive industry, and specifically the changing role played by dealer networks would be a great advantage, but not essential.
