Job Role
Reporting to the Senior Consents Manager, the Consents and Approvals Co-ordinator provides a comprehensive understanding and implementation of the processes required to obtain approvals and consents across the team whilst providing information on performance monitoring within the Integrated Project Team (IPT) at Old Oak Common Station.
This role will also manage the team Sharepoint site with related process and procedure updates as and when required.
Duties
1. Provide project support within the team consents and approvals process in relation to document management, forward look programme of works and general team administration tasks, including team annual leave calendars, assistance with booking/minuting meetings, general correspondence and liaison with internal/external parties as required.
2. Responsible for the development and continued improvement of the team Sharepoint site, process overviews and general content updates.
3. Assist the Consents and Approvals team to populate and regularly issue Commitment Compliance Plan Baseline Register with relevant evidence for U&A compliance and Consents management as required.
4. Responsible for co-ordinating and reporting on monthly SPIs and KPIs as required.
5. Work collaboratively across the IPT to improve the management of Consents and Approvals, and U&A compliance, working closely with the Stakeholder and Communications team to disseminate information.
Person Specification
1. Knowledge of construction industry and its activities.
2. Capable of providing support within an Integrated Project Team.
3. Analytical and task-focused/completion abilities.
4. Competent using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint.
5. Experience of working within an Engineering/Construction Consents and Approvals environment.
6. Able to learn new concepts.
7. Experience and skills with website development and management.
8. Communication and presentation skills within a construction environment.
9. Experience of working with Power BI and reporting tools.
10. Can form and maintain good relationships with the wider team.
