Part Time Lettings Accounts Administrator - Derby - up to £30k PRO RATA This is a great opportunity to join a leading, multi branch, independent Lettings agent who have been established in the Derbyshire area for many years. They are looking for a Part Time Lettings Accounts Administrator who will be handling the accounts reconciliation process to include daily rent reconciliation, landlord/tenant/contractor payments. They are looking for someone to work either 2 days a week 9am - 5.30pm or 3 days 9.30am - 2.30pm. Main duties for the Lettings Accounts Administrator Role: Posting rent, deposits and administration fees received onto tenants’ accounts Paying Landlords Assisting landlords and tenants with account related queries Posting and paying contractor invoices Assisting with the preparation of landlords’ monthly statements Bank account reconciliations Protecting deposits with the DPS and transferring funds Requirements: Accounts experience essential Experience working in Lettings Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Good IT skills/CRM systems.
