You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director and be an integral part of the Operations team.
This is a hands-on role with ultimate responsibility for delivering a first-class service to the client.
The QA role plays a vital part in ensuring the business is the company of choice for all telephony projects due to the quality and service of their work.
We are seeking someone who is hardworking and diligent. You must not be afraid of picking up the phone to existing clients and prospects, attending handover calls with clients, updating actions, and handing over meeting details.
The ideal candidate will plan the day but also be able to react to last-minute changes and urgent requests for information.
Highly focused with a strong attention to detail in everything you do. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
1. Review all leads submitted.
2. Write up and update all CRMs.
3. Provide feedback to Program Managers/Directors on any fails/risks.
4. Highlight good calls that can be used for training/coaching.
5. Support upskilling of new starts.
6. Provide feedback, coaching, and training to frontline staff.
7. Attend handover calls and ensure leads are accepted. Updates to CRMs and Sales Enablement team must be provided. Where leads have been rejected, update the Enablement team, Program Manager, and Directors.
8. Support with calling and lead generating where possible - willingness to be a team player.
9. Be part of the onboarding/campaign setup process so that the campaign objectives and the associated lead criteria are clearly understood.
