Specifically, we are looking to bring on board an experienced engagement manager to cover the West Yorkshire. Specifics of the role: To identify and engage with suitable unemployed learners who would benefit from our curriculum offer. To engage with businesses to identify the training needs of low paid employees. To work productivity alongside colleagues in delivery and compliance in order to slickly manage the learners referral. Continual relationship building with stakeholders to facilitate an increase in potential referral points. Managing existing relationships with referral partners. To maintain a diverse choice of signposting support services. To concisely articulate ongoing performance to senior management and colleagues through both verbal updates and relevant reports. To develop a strong working knowledge of the organisation&39;s strategy within the West Midlands and support in the meeting of operational targets. Representing CECOS at marketing, community or combined authority events. Presenting to third parties such as JCP or housing associations. (In person or virtually) Personal Spec Experience of cultivating relationships with stakeholders. A working knowledge of AEB funding rules and specific deviations within West Yorkshire. Prior experience of business engagement. Experience of engaging with learners of varying complexities. Good communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload to meet business needs. Self motivated and able to manage time appropriately. Able to competently create and utilise spreadsheets, presentations and databases. Full, clean driving licence
