Your role as Deputy General Manager:
* Overall management of the pub, restaurant and hotel in the absence of the Manager
* Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink quality
* Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, licensing and maintenance of records
* Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
* Create and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards identifying talent and ensuring succession
