We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join us in The Grange which is a charity run restaurant in the heart of the beautiful Chiltern Hills in Saunderton. This roleis a 40-hours a week position, paying £15.00 an hour, as we are open 7-days a week, this role is required to work 5 days out of 7 and will include weekends on a rota basis. The ideal candidate will ideally have: Experience working in a fast paced restaurant serving breakfast, lunches and afternoon teas circa 120 covers throughout the day. This Chef de Partie role requires aprofessional approach to team members, team working and customers with a pleasant personality who communicates well within the team. A passion for fresh food, seasonal ingredients, sustainability and great service Good knowledge and implementation of allergen, food, health and safety legislation You will be required to support the team with cleaning down the kitchen and some light washing up duties.
