Receptionist / Business Support
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 12:30pm till 5pm
To provide an excellent reception and administrative support service so that all visitors and callers receive the best possible impression of the Chamber and to service the Chambers’ Member lounge. To provide support to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services on areas such as premises, contractors and online training.

Job Purpose
Principal Accountabilities
* Provide an excellent reception and administrative support service.
* Support the Director of Finance and Corporate Services on areas such as premises, contractors, and online training.
General requirements
* Work diligently to meet the requirements of the role.
* Use the Chambers’ CRM system and others as relevant to the role.
* Contribute to the Chambers’ commitment to work in a commercially successful way.
* Participate in internal/external meetings and training as required.
* Ensure that all relevant policies, procedures and working practices are adhered to.
* Participate positively in one to ones and appraisals.
* Act as an ambassador for the Chamber at all times when dealing with members or representing the business.
* Contribute to the Chamber’s team working environment.
* Be flexible and willing to undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required.
* Work from other Chamber offices if required.
Essential criteria
Qualifications
* Minimum level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Customer Service qualification or training.
Proven Experience
* Good relevant reception experience.
* Experience of accurate use of Microsoft Office packages.
* Experience of providing a high standard of service to visitors.
* Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

* Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
* Professional and friendly approach.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
