Your Role
You will be working closely with our patients to make them feel comfortable and relaxed, providing a 5-star service as part of our Patient Advisor role. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships, performing diagnostic eye scans, relaying patient information to optometrists, maintaining records, arranging finance options, and scheduling consultations.
