We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic & committed individual to join our Service Desk team as a Service Desk Co-ordinator on a part-time fixed-term basis. Main duties of the job
Working as part of a busy Health Informatics IT Service Desk team, you will provide a single point of contact for logging, handling & resolution of all incidents and requests across the Trust & other organisations we support. You will work within agreed priorities & timescales, accurately triaging incidents which are delivered via telephony, email or our service management toolset. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service & technical skills, with experience in a similar IT support environment.

Qualifications
* Educated to HND or equivalent experience in a relevant IT subject
* Evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
* Experience in an Information Technology services setting

* Computer and peripheral devices
* Knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Service Management processes
