Your new role
You will be expected to support your departmental team with the following duties:
1. Handle enquiries via phone calls, in person requests and emails using Outlook.
2. Help coordinate and process reports using Excel databases.
3. Coordinate meetings / book meeting rooms according to team availability.
4. Assist with department buying - use bespoke buying systems.
5. Be an office anchor where visitors and colleagues can rely on you for their ad hoc administration.
6. Be able to take efficient notes/minutes during meetings.
7. Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate site/personnel.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
2. Buying or finance background preferred.
3. Have experience working as a PA or team business support.
4. Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office software used with data administration.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
6. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
