Lifecycle Assistant UK Wide We are recruiting for a new Lifecycle Assistant to support the creation of Lifecycle plans, the delivery of condition surveys alongside our Lifecycle and Project teams within our PFI Healthcare team. What will you be doing? You will work with the Lifecycle Manager and Mitie FM Teams to ensure contractual compliance of Lifecycle and asset management ensuring spend is in line with the needs of contracts and budgets. You will support the Lifecycle Manager in both internal and external data collection and work to analyse and delivery surveys and data to key stakeholders. You will also work on: The creation and management of Lifecycle submissions. Provide strategic Lifecycle support to Healthcare contracts. Ensure Lifecycle related activities comply with applicable Good Industry Practice. Deliver effective communications with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Develop and enhance relationships with Mitie FM Teams and Client Representatives across the Business Unit. What are we looking for? You will have a background in Lifecycle, Asset and Commercial Management ideally within the PFI sector. You will be comfortable with both commercial and process related activities and hold a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as alone. An understanding of cost planning and reviewing contracts within a Facilities Management environment is desirable whilst being able to be approachable to stakeholders across a variety of levels is key for this role.
