The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for a personable individual with extensive sales experience to join us as a Graduate Consultancy Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in a fixed term role for 18 months with a possibility to become a permanent post at the end of the contract.
As a Graduate Consultancy Manager, you will be working at the heart of the college community collaborating with creative teams of graduates and academics across all art and design disciplines.
You will project manage and connect our graduate teams with a diverse range of organisations, brands and agencies from across the world to deliver innovative designs, cultural commissions and consultancy services.
You will be joining CSM Innovation - a team that works with college staff to deliver bespoke partnerships and projects that expand innovation capacity within businesses, communities and local government. We generate income and impact for the college and opportunities for our students and graduates whilst delivering wider benefits for our partners and society.

About you
Degree educated or with equivalent experience, you will have a track record of managing projects successfully, in time and to budget.
With sales experience in either the charitable, creative or HE sector, you will have proven experience for converting contacts into sales.
You will also have a thorough understanding of client PR and marketing objectives. Knowledge of the arts and design as discipline areas is desirable.
