Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Area Manager based in Scotland to support our current team due to continued growth. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of dealers within a designated area, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include visiting dealer sites, providing training and support, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring market trends. The Area Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales / management, ideally in the automotive industry
* Strong knowledge of vehicle warranties and related products
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyse market trends
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* High level of organisation and time management skills
* Willingness to travel within the designated area
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, business management, or related fields are a plus
