Main Responsibilities:
* First point of contact on Okehampton Training Camp Reception. Issuing car passes and keys to customers.
* Maintaining document recording for technical services.
* Co-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / Maximo.
* Data capture and input.
* Work order processing.
* Auditing records.
* Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required.
* Answering incoming telephone calls.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery.
* Provide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management team.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent Office and Administration skills.
* Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable).
* Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages.
* Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
* Strong communication skills with people on all levels.
* Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards.
* Ability to follow processes within time constraints.
* Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence due to the rural location of this site.
