About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and support to young people. The successful Children’s Home manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
As the Children’s Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
2. Delivering and monitoring the care and progress of the children and young people.
3. Leading, managing, and motivating a team of 25 staff members.
4. Developing and implementing care plans and risk assessments.
5. Facilitating care-focused training to a QCF Level 3 standard.
6. Managing the home's budget and demonstrating sound financial performance.
7. Contributing to the development and implementation of the home's policies and procedures.
