About the Role: As a Facilities Support Administrator within our Maidstone branch your main duties will include to provide administration and helpdesk support across the FM contract. This role is central to our communications with Clients, our team and our Subcontractors. You will support management with admin duties which include MCM management, closing tasks, diary management, chasing subcontractors, ensuring our engineers have completed their jobs and moving PPM jobs through the system as well as any general office administration tasks which are required. Role Criteria: Extensive experience in an Administration based role Experience in a customer facing role Willingness to work in a busy environment Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative.
