JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+

THE ROLE:
As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of childcare law related matters including providing advice to parents, grandparents, and other family members. The successful Childcare Solicitor will be dealing with child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, care orders, emergency protection orders, pre-proceedings meetings, and interim care orders.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Childcare Solicitor will have a minimum of 1+ years PQE and will join a team of knowledgeable individuals who have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of childcare law. The firm is looking for Childcare Solicitors who have proven technical expertise in dealing with all aspects of childcare and ideally be able to undertake your own advocacy. Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to provide a high standard of client care are essential for this role.
