The recruitment department at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is focused on recruiting high-quality staff within strict timeframes to ensure optimal staffing levels across the Trust.
As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll manage a caseload of candidates, providing excellent customer service and engagement throughout the NHS pre-employment checks process. This role suits someone outgoing, confident, and experienced in communication via email and telephone.
The team will provide training, and you will work alongside experienced colleagues for support and guidance.

Responsibilities include acting as an Account Manager for recruitment from advert to onboarding, maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, supporting managers with recruitment and onboarding, engaging candidates, maintaining accurate data, supporting HR projects, and assisting with compliance checks.
