Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to join their team to assist with providing direction and leadership by implementing major change initiatives.
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex, multi-functional change programmes. You'll play a key role in ensuring that change projects are effectively coordinated and managed, delivering consistent, scalable and impactful results across the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead the development of change management plans for specific functions, ensuring that change projects are aligned and manageable for stakeholders
* Provide leadership and direction on the application of change management principles
* Evaluate the scale and impact of change initiatives
* Collect data and feedback, capture lessons learned to continuously improve change management practices
* Support project leads by governing and advising on the use of the companies change management framework
Key Experience:
* Proven experience in leading change management efforts across multiple complex projects and organisations
* Strong understanding of change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders and project teams
* A collaborative mindset
* Ability to assess and manage change impacts, developing tailored plans that drive engagement and minimise resistance
This is a contract opportunity, with occasional travel required to our clients London based head office.
