We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Coordinator to come and join our growing business based in Daventry. This is a varied role with the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
1. Draft and respond to emails professionally and efficiently.
2. Manage and organise workflow, appointments, site visits and meetings.
3. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero, ensuring financial records remain up to date.
4. Assist with document creation and reports in Microsoft Word & Excel.
5. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
6. Manage and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
7. Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary.
8. Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
9. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when required.
10. Support various administrative tasks to enhance overall office efficiency.
11. General all-round support to the Managing Directors and Workshop Manager.
12. Project Managing jobs throughout the business.
The individual we are looking for would ideally have the following experience and attributes:
1. Strong organisational and communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
3. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
4. Previous office experience is required.
5. Experience with Xero is preferred but not mandatory.
6. Previous experience with project management is desirable.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
20 days annual leave per year, plus bank holidays
