Customer Sales Office Manager - based from Head Office in Isleworth
The role:
Our client Robot Coupe, one of the largest manufacturers of state of the art catering equipment, are looking for an ambitious, effective and experienced customer sales/service office manager to join their dynamic team.
Leading from the front, you and your team of 4 (including both internal sales and customer service associates) will provide invaluable support internally and externally. Not only will you be the first point of contact for customers who are predominantly from within the hospitality sector, both direct end users and distributors, but you will also provide day to day assistance to the external sales team, marketing, accounts, warehouse, service department and senior leadership team.
Your day to day will be highly varied, predominantly processing orders/quotes, credit notes, booking in demo requests, sending invoices, distributing sales reports, arranging equipment collections and taking initial details for any incoming sales enquiries.
You will need to be an effective communicator, excellent problem solver and natural relationship builder and be passionate about providing second to none service to customers and internal colleagues alike.

The Package:
The successful candidate will benefit from the following package...
* Basic Salary of up to £35-55'000 (+ £5'000 commission)
