Responsibilities:
1. Need associate with prior experience in Cards and Payments domain knowledge, specifically in cards issuance and authorization journeys.
2. Good to have banking and Cards secured lending work experience.
3. Experience in Cards and Loans collections and recoveries required.
4. Knowledge in Digital Credit Lending, Underwriting, and appraisals.
5. Familiarity with Digital Payments (UPI, BBPS, Cards, Payment gateways).
6. Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organization.
7. Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
8. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
9. Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
10. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
11. Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
12. Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
13. Support change management activities, including the development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organization.
14. Support Cards Domain Banking with good knowledge and experience in ETHIX Products Core, Branch, Finance, Credit, and PCD.
15. Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in the cards domain and a focus on regional or multi-market operations.
2. Proven track record in leading transformative projects within the financial services industry, particularly in the cards space.
3. Strong knowledge of card products, payment systems, customer experience management, and industry regulations across different markets.
4. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams across regions.
5. Proficiency in business process analysis and digital transformation strategies.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly across different regions.
8. Experience with digital tools and technologies relevant to card products, such as CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and automation tools.
9. Willingness to travel as needed to support regional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
