Job Overview
Fleet Operations & Compliance is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our unique and dynamic team of highly motivated professionals who work collaboratively to ensure the operations comply with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. The successful candidate will have the ability and willingness to work towards attaining the Large Goods Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Level 3 qualification.
2. Be willing to complete all coursework by target dates and attend training activities as required.
3. Collaborate with an assessor and workplace mentor to create a work-based portfolio of evidence.
The department works to tight timescales and often statutory deadlines and plays an integral part of the Council’s fleet operations ensuring legal compliance in all areas. This is an essential function to support the Council in providing the services to the residents of the city.
