About the Role: As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for: Providing individualised support to a named pupil with specific learning needs. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Supporting the pupil's academic, social, and emotional development. Creating a safe and encouraging learning environment. Assisting with personal care needs, if required. Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals. About You: The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs. Possess a patient, empathetic, and understanding nature. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential. Be willing to undertake relevant training. Why Choose Monarch Education?
