Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative operations, and employee queries Work with management to assist with rota's and payroll Maintain accurate records of employee information, inventory, and health and safety documentation. Support the Restaurant Manager with reporting and data analysis. Maintain employee files, track attendance, and process leave requests. Coordinate performance reviews and support employee relations Ensure HR compliance Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering of food, beverages, and other supplies. Track inventory usage to minimize waste and manage costs effectively. Ensure all deliveries are accurate and properly recorded. Oversee implementation of health and safety protocols, including food safety and hygiene standards. Conduct regular health and safety audits and risk assessments.
