Job Description
An exciting TV/Film company is seeking a Contract Coordinator assisting the Contract Operations Manager with deal analysis and deal entry for the Products & Experience teams across all categories. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team-player that is energetic and has strong administration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review deal terms for accuracy and completeness
* Ensure accurate entry of deal terms into internal systems
* Record and implement updates
* Reconcile internal systems with fully executed contracts
* Set up external contacts and users in the internal system
* Preparing adhoc reports
* Organising and coordinating internal meetings
* Updating and maintaining SharePoint sites
* Communicate with team members on multiple platforms such as email and Microsoft Teams
* Adhoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience working in an administrative role in a media company or brand licenser is desirable
* Previous experience working with contracts or rights-based systems is desirable
* Experience dealing with large volumes of data
* Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise based on deadlines
* Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
