My client is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join the HR team on a permanent basis. You will be working closely with the HR Business Partner supporting on the following: Recruitment support - posting job opportunities, responding to candidates, liaising with agencies and scheduling interviews. On-boarding / Off boarding - obtaining all relevant documentation, setting up joiners on the HR system, and plan inductions for new joiners. HR systems - have a keen interest in becoming the HRIS expert, understanding HR work flows and producing regular reports and MI for the team and wider business. HR Policies & Procedures - assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures line with UK legal requirements and best practice. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR procedures. HR Projects - as required supporting the HRD and wider HR team.
