About the Role
As a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the electrical systems powering high-speed production lines in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reactive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance on Cutting-Edge Machinery and Site Services
* Ensure Smooth Operation of Equipment: Motors, Inverter Drives, PLCs, Control Systems
* Troubleshoot and Resolve Electrical Issues Swiftly to Minimise Downtime
* Optimise and Enhance Automation Systems to Boost Reliability and Efficiency
* Ensure Compliance with Safety Protocols and Industry Regulations
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Improve Manufacturing Performance
* Maintain Accurate Documentation of Maintenance Activities and Equipment Performance
Requirements:
* Time-Served Electrical Engineer with Minimum HNC (or Equivalent)
* Minimum 3-5 Years' Experience in Industrial Electrical Systems, Including Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and Automated Control Systems
* Knowledge of Siemens S7, TIA Portal, AS-I Profibus
* Experience of Boilers, CHP Plant, Heating/Cooling Systems
* Advanced Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills
