What You'll Do:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the re-branding effort, coordinating with teams across multiple regions (NA, EU, JP) to ensure a smooth transition. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Defining and leading the implementation of re-branding steps across multiple categories, including fashion, jewelry, beauty, and luggage.
* Collaborating with teams to define transition strategies, ensuring alignment on updated workflows and new branding.
* Leading internal and external communications, from email updates and PR plans to team training and stakeholder engagement.
* Managing complex project timelines, delivering high-quality work while meeting key milestones.
* Working closely with business, design, and sourcing teams to ensure successful execution of the brand refresh.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* 8+ years of experience in marketing or project management, preferably in consumer products, retail or fashion.
* Strong ability to drive direction and alignment with large, cross-functional teams.
* Experience in leading go-to-market strategies and program strategy to deliver complex initiatives.
* Prior experience in online retail or consumer products marketing is essential.
* Proven track record of communicating results to senior leadership and building effective partnerships.
