Hays are working in partnership with a global provider of high-end consulting and engineering services, and stands at the forefront of innovation. They are seeking to employ an Associate Director to join their Water, Wastewater Infrastructure team.

Your new role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to be part of a vibrant and growing team. As a senior member, you’ll lead high-profile, varied projects. The main focus would be the delivery of projects, including wastewater and water projects, treatment works, sewer networks, pumping stations and draining schemes.
You will engage in all project stages from inception topletion. You will be responsible to conduct feasibility studies, designing, cost estimates, procurement, site supervision and the like. You are expected to lead the team, contribute in business development, collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. It is important that you ensurepanypliance with legislation, regulations, and site procedures.
What you’ll need to succeed:
To be successful in the Associate Director role, our client requires the candidate to have experience in NEC Contracts, proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microdrainage, and WinDes.
It is important that you are familiar with implementing Eurocodes, Specification for Highway Works, The Civil Engineering Specification For The Water Industry and Sewers For Adoption.
Previous experience in a consultancy engineeringpany and having worked on Northern Ireland Water Framework Contracts would be ideal.
Excellentmunication skills are important for interactions with diverse individuals.
