Here at Hays Technology, we are partnered with a fast-growth, Norwich-based retail/consumer goods client who are hiring an Infrastructure Manager. There will be people-management responsibilities with an Infrastructure Engineer and Service Desk Technician reporting in to you.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
* 5+ years relevant experience in infrastructure management
* Cloud environment management experience (ideally Azure)
* Full UK driving licence
* Exceptional communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to lead diverse technical teams effectively, delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.
* Expertise in project management and change management
Desirable:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organisational psychology, business administration, or change management.
* Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL Practitioner experience
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and MITRE ATT&CK
* Retail/consumer goods industry experience
