Orano Canada is a leading producer of uranium in Canada, working to power the future with clean energy! Our McClean Lake mill is the most technologically advanced mill in the world for the processing of high-grade uranium ore without dilution.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with ensuring that the Integrated Management System (IMS) is maintained and improved in accordance with regulatory requirements, the ISO 14001/45001 standards, corporate requirements, and the needs of the McClean Lake Operation
2. Administration and control of approved IMS Documents
3. Assist/participate in internal audit process
4. Publish IMS Documents and maintain the document control system
5. Maintain regulatory records
6. Maintain the regulatory library
7. Track internal actions
8. Track regulatory commitments and obligations
9. Assist in the management of the non-conformance investigation and follow-up process
10. Participate in internal audits on the IMS and ensure that it is subject to management review
11. Assist in the preparation of the licensing and permitting applications
12. Any other duties assigned by the supervisors
Work Location & Schedule:
1. 14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule; May to August 2025. Fridays are fly days.
2. Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
Pick-Up Points: Saskatoon, Prince Albert, La Ronge, Buffalo Narrows and the designated communities in the Athabasca region of Uranium City, Stony Rapids, Fond du Lac, and Wollaston.

Skills and Qualifications for the position include:
1. Enrolled in an Engineering Degree program (Mining, Civil, etc) or Diploma program (Mine Engineering Technology)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, etc.)
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD considered an asset
4. Able to work independently and interact in a team environment
5. Candidate must be highly versatile and able to handle multiple projects and manage time effectively
6. Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, build trust and maintain positive relationships with a wide variety of personnel
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
8. Ability to coordinate activities, information, materials or resources within own area of responsibility
9. Preference will be given to qualified Residents of Saskatchewan’s North (RSN). Athabasca residents will be given priority.
