About the role:
Due to continued success, we are looking to add a dynamic and results orientated sales manager to Global Enterprises Services Team.
As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring and driving revenue growth for our business unit by overseeing the sales efforts of 4-6 direct reports. You will lead a high performing team made primarily of Global/Regional CD who need to develop strategic relationships with key clients and sales strategies to capture new opportunity and ensure account retention.
Your ability to guide and inspire your team, combined with your expertise in enterprise sales will be critical in ensuring the team achieve success. As a SM in Global Enterprises connection with sales peers across the regions and Team NCVI are critical elements of the role.

What you’ll do:
* Achieve or overachieve financial targets
* Develop and execute strategy for achievement of business results tied to overall sales strategy
* Attract and retain top talent within sales team by following Gartner's validated recruitment methodology, with a strong focus on building a pipeline of candidates for potential open territories
* Drive growth by supporting the team in executing on their vision.
* Ensure that each team member can develop and establish strong C-level relationships
* Provide leadership through effective communication of the global strategy
* Coach and develop direct reports on a regular basis
* Improve the team's success through effective leadership and mentorship
* Take ownership for own professional growth and support the team's professional growth.
* Drive team strategy and identify gaps based on leading and lagging indicators.
What you’ll need:
* External candidates require a minimum 7-15 years shown consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with 3+ years of management experience
* Internal candidates should have a demonstrated track record of successful financial performance, with 2+ years of QB sales experience in Gartner where they have over achieved on targets
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate sales associates
* Strong business acumen, forecasting skills, influencing skills and interpersonal skills (to share knowledge with a team to support the growth strategy within sales)
* Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen, handling others
