Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons for Key Stage 2 students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored feedback and support.
* Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that nurtures a love for learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote students' academic and personal growth.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track student performance.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A flexible and adaptive teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of learners.
