Internal Account Management role for an experienced SaaS account manager with fantastic customer service skills who can nurture and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage 40+ accounts – SaaS – Software Solutions
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, long-term client relationships.
3. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
4. Cross and upsell the portfolio of solutions the business offers.
5. Provide timely responses to client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
6. Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account status, and progress on key initiatives.
8. Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
