Key Responsibilities Cash Flow Forecasting - Continuously improve short-term cash flow analysis to provide actionable insight and support both tactical and strategic planning. Treasury Management - Assist in shaping treasury strategies that enhance liquidity, manage financial risk, and maximise returns on cash balances. Budgeting & Variance Analysis - Deliver in-depth analysis of budget vs actual performance, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for corrective action. Cost Management - Evaluate and challenge business costs to ensure targets are met while supporting sustainable growth and efficiency. Board-Level Reporting - Collaborate in the preparation of comprehensive board packs, offering critical financial perspectives to inform senior decision-makers. FX & Risk Compliance - Provide support on hedge accounting and foreign exchange compliance, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place. Forecasting & Planning - Play a central role in the development of annual budgets and the refinement of monthly rolling forecasts aligned with business objectives. Sales & Performance Analysis - Produce and interpret regular sales reporting, delivering insight into current performance and influencing commercial priorities.
