You will be the welcoming face of our Leisure Centre, engaging with guests face to face and over the phone. Duties will also include assisting with the up keep of the Leisure Centre, helping our guests with any requirements during their stay and general reception duties inlcuding taking payments. You will also be required to track and respond to daily emails, you will be responsible for membership enquiries and signing up new members and will also be responsible for communications on our socail media page. So, if you're friendly, have a welcoming smile and genuine love for sporting activities, we would love to hear from you. You will be interested in people and able to talk confidently to them. What we need from you: Previous customer service experience, good attention to detail and good IT skills are essential. You will work to a fixed rota with hours either in the mornings, evenings or weekends however you will need to be flexible with hours when the demand is required. You will be able to show us you can handle all situations in a caring and helpful manner. You will take a pride in what you do and have high personal standards of cleanliness.
