Temporary Technical Administrator - Resources

Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 40 Monday – Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 6 months
City: READING
This is a split role, where you will report into two managers which operate out of the same office. Both of the teams are responsible for the engineering functions of clients, therefore a good understanding of an engineering office and expectations would be advantageous. This daily routine would comprise general administration functions and engineering feedback and record keeping associated with facility management.
Key responsibilities:
1. Monitor and assign works as logged onto the CAFM system
2. Attach/Upload associated Engineering documents to the work order
3. Liaise with client end users to provide updates and feedback on works
4. Completion of weekly and monthly reports
5. Create, update and manage records as per Veolia Minimum Requirements (VMR)
6. Specific responsibility to maintain and update all the site notice boards
7. Raise purchase orders as instructed
8. Maintain supplies and equipment to support the office function (printers, IT, etc.)
9. Manage site electronic diary with data entry and updates
10. Assist in sub-contractor management (key issuing, collection of records, booking in/out process)
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
1. Working knowledge of a Computer Aided Facility Management Systems (CAFM) - FSI Concept, MICAD, SAP, etc. - desirable
Experience:
1. Previous experience of working in a similar role which included customer service, client facing, IT literate
2. Previous experience of working in an administrative role
3. Strong background in an FM Environment
Skills & Abilities:
1. Good level of skill on Google suite of applications
2. Good problem-solving skills (Processes)
3. An open mind and a willingness to learn
