What you’ll do
We're recruiting for a Channel Account Manager to join our Indirect Business Sales team here at Vodafone UK. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving allocated targets in areas of Sales, Revenue and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), along with delivering Year on Year growth via our Partner Sales Channels.
Wider responsibilities will also include, but will not be limited to:
1. Managing our relationships with several key partners in the Indirect channel.
2. Achieving FY targets allocated to those partners, by means of monitoring and driving partner performance against their contractual obligations and wider commercial commitments.
3. Building a long-term growth plan with the partners to support both growth in the indirect channel and within the partners’ base.
4. Increase Vodafone’s penetration across all partner channels by maximising the scalability our product portfolio (predominately mobile, fixed, and Internet of Things (IOT)).
Who you are
5. In depth understanding of processes, objectives and procedures aligned to Indirect Partner Sales.
6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with an aptitude for driving sales performance and executing commercial strategies.
7. Demonstrable financial acumen, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
