The Property An exclusive managed property 380 bedrooms plus 25 plus meeting and event rooms Two restaurants A fantastic property to sell Benefits you will receive as an Assistant Director of Sales 28 holiday days inc. bank holidays (increases with service) Bonus and Incentive scheme Pension Car Parking Worldwide Group discounts The Assistant Director of Sales will Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing Both develop new business and manage key accounts Manage the MICE Sales Team of 3 Work closely with internal sales teams Be involved with special projects with the DOS&M Represent the hotel at Trade shows within the UK & Overseas As Assistant Director of Sales you will have Experience of being a Senior Sales Manager, an Assistant Director of Sales or a Director of Sales looking for that step into the London market or joining a large Hotel Experience of working within a large hotel ideally Great leadership / man management skills High standards, a can-do attitude, results driven with excellent attention to detail A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results Excellent customer care and focus with the ability to think outside the box Alternatively, if you have Venue, Exhibition Centre or Stadia sales experience and are looking to step into hotels, this may be the role for you.
