Job Title: Business Development Manager – Waterproofing & Roofing Systems

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 neg + bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid/electric company car + full benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager – Waterproofing & Roofing Systems will involve:
* Field sales position selling a manufactured range of waterproofing systems such as: bitumen roofing, liquid waterproofing, single ply, hot melt, green roofing & roofing accessories
* The majority of your time will be focused on critical infrastructure projects
* All of your time will be spent selling to and getting specified with architects, quantity surveyors, specialist sub-contractors & end users
* End user clients would include: Google, Microsoft & Film Studios
* Working on both new build and refurbishment projects
* Project sizes vary between £500k-£3m
The ideal applicant will have:
* Ideally some experience in waterproofing, roofing, roofing membrane, insulation and liquid waterproofing products
* Architectural specification sales experience in the building envelope / roofing industry
* A background in building product sales with an architect & contractors route to market
* Experience in waterproofing distribution sales
* Commercial awareness
* Tons of energy, autonomy, and drive
