We're hiring for a Support Worker in Redruth. Join our team supporting a gentleman moving into his new home in Redruth. He enjoys going for long countryside walks, crafts, music, and sensory activities, as well as helping out in the garden in nice weather. Maintaining his relationships with family is important.
As a support worker, you play a vital role in empowering people to live an active and meaningful life. There is lots of variety and an opportunity to find a role right for you to make a difference, promote independence, and support people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
Working in our friendly team, you'll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. A manual, UK driving licence is required.
