As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team of Therapists, Nurses, and Support Workers. Providing Personalised Learning Support: Handling Administration: Ensure smooth college operations with efficient administrative work.
Passionate about supporting young people (19-25 years old).
Creative and Adaptable, bringing new ideas to life.
Excellent Communicators, both verbally and in writing.
Qualified (or willing to work towards) a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools (funding available).
Knowledgeable about conditions like Autism, Epilepsy, and PMLD (preferred but not essential).
