Your new role
To provide support to, and contribute to the smooth running of, the Finance department.
1. Production of monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations for review by the Management Accountant
2. VAT return completion
3. Supplier Audit
4. Invoice and credit note processing
5. Supplier payments
6. Supplier queries
7. Supplier set up and changes
8. Daily cash and bank allocations
9. Daily bank reconciliation
10. Monthly petty cash and credit card reconciliation
11. Customer set-up/changes
12. Customer queries
13. Customer debt monitoring and collection of overdue debt
14. Maintain import/export documentation
15. Petty cash management
16. Undertake other tasks that commensurate with the role
17. Promote a positive commitment to health and safety
18. Actively promote and uphold the Company Values
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience in a similar role
2. Data manipulation
3. General Accounting Knowledge
Knowledge/Qualifications
1. AAT qualified or equivalent working experience.
2. Good working knowledge of ERP systems and/or current accounting software systems.
